I have been a resident in the area since 1972, I have not only seen the area develop, I took part in the development. Past businesses include Management in the Restaurant/Bar industry, and the construction business. I graduated from Stephen Decatur High School in 1982. I then attended Salisbury State University from 1982-1986 where I studied Psychology and Music.

• Ed Smith Real Estate School, for licensure, 45 clock hours.
• Realtors Institute of Maryland, where I earned my Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), which is 90 clock hours. Designation is held by less than 15% of Realtors nationwide.
• Accredited Buyer Representative- 15 hrs. Intensive study and performance in serving the consumer.
• Broker Examination - 135 Additional hours of classroom education, and experience requirements.
• CRS designation- 64 hours- Extensive training for working with both Buyers & Sellers, plus performance/ experience minimums.
• Consistent Multi Million Dollar Producer.
• Both MD & DE require 15 hours of continuing education for licensure every 2 years.

In my spare time, I like to listen and play music, and I appreciate fine dining, and live entertainment. When I can, I also enjoy riding my motorcycle, and I love the beach!!!
